Our Roots and Evolutional Journey
In the picturesque Rogue Valley, my childhood unfolded amidst a deep love for the outdoors and a profound inclination for adventure. Roaming local creeks and swimming holes in the 1980s and 1990s, I cultivated a wanderer's spirit, resisting the confines of convention.
This wanderer’s spirit continued as I found myself in college and seeking more than the classroom. This desire to see and do more led me to enlist in the military. The military was a rewarding experience, one that let me explore the world and in doing so helped me mature and face the questions we all are faced with.
The pivotal moment to carve a career path arrived and the realization dawned that my calling extended beyond the constraints of an office with limited windows. In 2001, I boldly stepped out on faith and founded Terra Firma Landscape Management, Inc a lawncare business born from my passion for open spaces. Over the years, collaborations with five national commercial property management companies fueled the aspiration to expand into landscaping.
For someone whose creativity flows effortlessly, this evolution was only natural. An innate drive to create, ignited by childhood experiences, led to a particular fascination with water features. The peace and balance I found around any water, but especially waterfalls are something I hope everyone has the opportunity to experience. Today, I proudly bear the title of one of only five Certified Aquascape Contractors in the state of Oregon.
